Must present valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:
Review sales, costs and inventory monthly to ensure objectives are met Ensure inventory is available when needed by the Service Dept Ensure that inventory systems are performing well Maintain proper inventory levels through ordering, returns and proper analysis Ensure inventory integrity and minimize shrinkage Get paperwork to office in a timely manner Responsible for motivating, hiring and retaining of store team members Continually train and coach store personnel thru both positive reinforcement and constructive criticism Responsible for Supervision of employees Ensure special order receipts are handled properly to maintain impeccable customer satisfaction Oversee the issuing of parts and accessories to technicians from the Parts Counter Complete end of month procedures Constantly communicate with team members and encourage smooth communication flow between all employees and company departments Inspire team work and lead by example Managerial experience is required Computer proficiency required Team-oriented and able to maintain a high level of customer and employee satisfaction Please contact managers Dan Brosnahan or Jim Pflumm at 631-724-4700 or apply online.
