This position is for full time work, no evenings or weekends required.
General knowledge of the insurance industry is helpful, salary increases for an experienced candidate.
The right candidate will be:
-Ethical and honest -Dedicated to customer service -Able to multi-task and problem solve -Clear and concise in all communications -Able to work independently in a fast paced environment Responsibilities will include:
-Supply outstanding customer service in a friendly and helpful style both on the phone and in person -Process customer payments -Handle policy change requests -Provide evidence of insurance -Record all customer transactions in agency computer system -Build strong client relationships solidifying retention and product loyalty -Be educated or open to learn about the insurance industry Our agency is family owned and operated, our staff is friendly and dedicated to providing quality service, we're waiting to meet you.
