The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Project Manager with a proven track record in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing project management and a deep understanding of the RFP process.
They will be responsible for leading and coordinating marketing initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within defined timelines and budgets.
Responsabilits:
Manage the end-to-end RFP process, including reviewing RFP requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely submission of comprehensive and high-quality proposals Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to create compelling and tailored responses Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather information, insights, and resources needed for RFP responses Plan, execute, and monitor marketing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the established objectives Coordinate with internal teams, such as creative, content, digital, and sales, to align project requirements, set priorities, and track progress Plan events, stand-up summits, and events put on in-house Manage consultants to facilitate on-time project delivery Support the Marketing team with preparation for tradeshows Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables, and establish project timelines and milestones Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress reports, and communicate project updates to key stakeholders Identify potential risks, issues, and obstacles, and proactively develop and implement mitigation strategies Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and executive teams, to understand business objectives and align marketing efforts accordingly Collaborate with various teams to develop marketing strategies and materials that support sales initiatives and effectively communicate value propositions Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and adherence to deadlines Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies related to marketing project management Analyze project outcomes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements for future projects.
Qualits requise:
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in marketing project management, preferably within the technology or transportation sector Strong track record of successfully responding to RFPs, including experience coordinating and delivering winning proposals Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely Copywriting experience an asset Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset Proficiency in project management tools and software (experience with Wrike and/or Hubspot an asset) Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience introducing new processes to teams Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
