Hauppauge Job Description We are currently hiring Employment Specialists to work closely with our residents to help them achieve their employment goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to jump-start their career in the healthcare industry as a job coach! Job Responsibilities Plan and schedule actives, job development, and work schedules for assigned caseloads.
Assist with employment training services and work site supervision for individual and group settings.
Work with employers and families to develop appropriate vocational programming.
Reliable and on time for all shifts.
Qualifications Minimum 1 year working with the developmentally disabled population required.
Must possess NYS Driver's License; 18months or longer.
Must feel comfortable driving to multiple sites (depending on caseload) Mileage reimbursement provided.
