Staffing & Training Specialist
DescriptionBachelors degree in related field Current certifications and knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis Must be a certified instructor for SCIP-R, Adult and Child CRP/First Aid Minimum one year direct hands on teaching/training in the field of developmental disabilities Knowledge of and one years teaching experience teaching behavioral interventions Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Proficient in computer skills Ensure new hires are trained on behavior support plans and teaching programs for all students in their residences Input staff trainings into HRIS system and assign staff for trainings Maintain list of DSP within division and instructors for various trainings Participate in development and revision of inservice trainings Conduct assigned training classes Ensure needed training supplies and resources Ensure ongoing interactions and coordination with agency Training Coordinator Interface with DDIs HR department regarding open positions within divisio Recommended Skills Applied Behavior Analysis Communication Developmental Disabilities First Aid And Preparedness Human Resources Information System (Hris) Teaching Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
