About the Position This sales position directs the overall brand-building activities within the assigned territory to maximize product sales, distribution, and profitability.
Candidates will help develop incremental sales, reorders, and new product introduction into existing accounts as well as new accounts.
They will also support proper shelf management techniques and introduce brand marketing initiatives, using all available resources to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
This position reports to a Zone Manager.
Compensation:
100% COMMISSION Position Overview Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long term partnerships.
Educate key decision makers about our brands.
Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services we offer.
Help customers manage their Big Geyser inventory.
Influence account leaders to achieve sales volume and margin targets.
Ensure customers utilize current promotions and marketing tools.
Execute all display programs to drive incremental volume on chain promotions.
Execute trade merchandising standards in retail accounts.
Merchandise and maintain company refrigeration equipment and racks to ensure compliance.
Conduct field audits and report any opportunities or issues.
Rotate stock and merchandiser during account visits.
Plan sales targets.
Act as team leaders, coordinating internal resources to ensure that customers receive the highest standard of service.
Follow the Big Geyser core brand strategy by using an awareness of the top-selling SKUs for each brand and maintaining proper shelf management for all authorized items.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, if required to satisfy the needs of a customer.
Must possess strong organizational skills and follow-up procedures.
