Responsibilities:
Provide hospitality by looking guests in the eye, smiling, and engaging in encouraging conversations Work in the Dining Room, Front Counter, and Drive-Thru Work on their feet for several hours at a time Work both indoors and outdoors Multitask quickly and thoroughly Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements:
Loves serving and helping others Consistency and reliability Cheerful and positive attitude Strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Able to multi-task Works well independently and in a team environment Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Pay Range:
