We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Perform data entry and clerical duties as needed - Provide exceptional customer support to clients and visitors
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar)
HubSpot - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Familiarity with calendar management tools - Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment As a Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our catering venue while providing exceptional customer service.
