Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Checking in/out patients Collecting Copays/Coinsurance/Deductibles Scanning within our EHR Answering telephone and taking detailed messages within our EHR Making & Confirming appointments within our EHR Must be willing to travel to Port Jefferson Station when needed to cover staff Job skills include:
Needs to be organized Quick & accurate typing, cannot hunt and peck on the keyboard Computer literate - knowledge of copy/paste saving a document to your desktop and basic computer skills Multitasking EPIC and ADS a plus Work
Experience:
At least one year medical receptionist experience.
Salary commensurate with experience Education:
High School Diploma, Hunter Business School or equivalent Job Type:
