Duties include greeting and scheduling patients, obtaining insurance information, processing payments for copay's and balances, scanning, answering phone calls and delivering messages through EMR system and paper charts, Must provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications include excellent interpersonal skills, well spoken, able to articulate in a courteous and professional manner to patients, staff and outside vendors, Efficiency and hard working is a must as well as being a TEAM player and willing to help coworkers.
Candidate must be detailed oriented and punctuality is extremely important.
Experience is preferred.
