We are now hiring a Spa Desk Coordinator (P/T or F/T) where you will be part of a team that delivers an exceptional customer experience in a professional, high-volume friendly atmosphere.
Responsibilities Provide excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments and greeting members/guests upon arrival Learn and promote the health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skincare Generate new memberships through initial client contacts, follow up on past leads & maintaining contact logs Meet and exceed your personal sales goals.
Support your teams objective to meet and exceed ALL sales goals Upsell additional services, retail items & gift cards Assist in maintaining a professional front desk and reception area Assist in administrative tasks include maintaining client database information Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room Requirements Must have sales experience.
Spa/Wellness/Membership experience is a major plus Ability to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits and center policies/procedures Must be customer service and sales oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with all guests, management and staff Great personality and compassionate business sense Must be proficient on both the computer and internet Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun/professional environment Flexibility to switch with others Benefits / Compensation Hourly plus commission and bonuses Simple IRA plan available with employer match Employee massages/facials at reduced or no cost Employee paid medical coverage available Hours Required Various shifts are available.
Must be available for weekends.
