years.
We are looking for a warm, high-energy addition to our outstanding front desk staff to deliver quality care to our patients.
Our family includes three other front desk associates, four dentists and four hygienists.
As a front desk associate, you will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, posting treatment, and dealing with dental insurances and payments.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, reliable and detail-oriented.
We are looking for someone with the following availability:
Monday 9am-6pm with lunch break Tuesday 10am-2pm Friday 9am-1pm Wednesday 10am-2pm OR Saturday 9am-1pm as needed We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule with the ability for hours to evolve over time.
Experience with Dentrix is helpful.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
