DUTIES: Coordinates a patient-focused team in providing direct and collaborative health care in a variety of clinical settings designed to promote and restore optimal health across the life span. Utilizes all components of the nursing process in providing care that reflects an understanding of individual cultural and religious diversities and needs, and recognition of patient rights. Utilizes knowledge and expertise in case management to provide comprehensive, coordinated, seamless care to individuals and aggregate groups. Coordinates, integrates and facilitates the patient/provider relationship.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelors Degree preferred. ANA certification or certification from appropriate agency in specialty required or must be working toward certification if specialty area (e.g., L&D, O.R., E.R., CCU, Woman/Child, Detox, Psychiatry, Dialysis). One year experience preferred. BLS certification required. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: None.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
