Staffing Recruiter

?We are looking for a Staffing Recruiter / Entry Level to Mid Level? for our growing company.

  • I-9, E-Verify ?

  • Payroll and time cards

  • Employee relations

  • Employee benefits.?

  • Assist manufacturing with reporting as necessary.?

  • Handles worker?s compensation leaves; complies and submits accident reports.

  • Implements organization safety program to ensure safe and accident- free work environment; implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA rules and regulations.?

  • Audits facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, suggest corrective or preventative measures and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.

  • Provide policy interpretation guidance to employees

  • Support supervisors? and managers? needs and provide guidance and directions in following company policies, procedures, laws and regulations, discipline and terminations.

  • Resolve employee relations issues timely through appropriate coaching and counseling.

  • Conducts research, analyzing data and prepares reports for time and attendance, payroll, parts per man hour, personnel and safety.

  • Support and collaborates with temporary staff agency.

  • Assist employees with benefit enrollment and benefit questions.

  • Assist employees with payroll questions.

  • Gather, complete, analyze and present various human resources statistics as needed; such as turnover statistics, performance management/merit increase.

  • Sort, and distribute paychecks.

? ? ? 1-3 years experience in HR.

  • Knowledge of human resources laws, regulations, rules and policies.

  • Hands on experience with HRIS, familiarity with electronic payroll/softwares.

  • Team oriented and ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities and cultures.

  • Ability to work effectively with changing priorities in a fast moving environment.

  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, managers competing demands and deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.

  • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex issues.

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail skills.

  • Minimum?3 plus?years of professional level experience in human resources.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with Excel, Outlook, MS Word.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
